Healthy Pumpkin Mug Cake

Ingredients3-4 tablespoons of almond flour

3 tablespoons of pumpkin

1 tablespoon of butte

r¼ tsp of baking powder

½ tsp of vanilla

1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

2 tablespoons of almond milk

1 tablespoon of powdered peanut butter-optional

Chocolate chips-optional

Preparation

Spray or coat a microwave safe bowl, mug or dish.

Combine all ingredients and pour into a mug.

Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Let sit to cool.
